Terrorosm at its all time peak!!! :( :(

Yet another terrorist strike, over 200 deaths reported and hundreds of injured admitted in hospitals, the prestigious luxury hotels are torn apart, indiscriminate shootings at a hospital, Jewish centre, railway station, the security has been breached, previous warnings had been ignored and the incompetency of India to stop terrorist activities has been exposed to the world wide.

The attacks are not just an act of terrorizing the people but they are sending a message across the world how powerful the terrorist organization has been groomed to carry out a fully fledged attack against a democratic nation. Safety for common people in our country is put into question.

There would be absolutely no improvement in situation if we just involve in delivering a full length speech condemning the terrorist strikes after all damages have been done. Constructive methods have to be adopted by the government and must be strictly enforced. Security check at important crowded places has to be tightened and people need to cooperate for that. More advanced security check techniques have to be employed. Cross border infiltration has to be checked by any means. It’s time we collect sufficient evidence against the terrorists who are happily residing in Pakistan, and demand Pakistan to handover them to us.

Its heart breaking to watch innocent people losing their life for no fault of theirs and the face of the 2 yr old Israeli boy whose parents were killed in the Mumbai attacks is still lingering in my mind. What wrong did these people ever do in their life? Yet they are deprived of their loved ones in such a tragic way. We need to stop these incidents, no matter how tough it would be and how much strict measures need to be adopted, we don’t have a choice but to protect the common man from the blood sucking terrorists.

But its true terrorist menace in India is escalating day by day. We are surrounded by different terror groups. A lot of known and unknown terrorist organizations from Pakistan, infiltrators from Bangladesh, saffron terrorists from RSS, VHP, bajrang dal etc, naxalities, ULFA and many such organizations. But definitely one day, all these groups will be disbanded and people of our country can, rather definitely will lead a peaceful life. Yes, I know this is peak of optimism. Let us remain optimistic in this issue.

The problem with terrorism is that it is a vicious cycle. The victims of today become the terrorists of tomorrow. If one reads the background of terrorists, they all might have felt a sort of disgusting feeling about the way society has treated them. The solution requires rational thinking on the part of people, both politicians and common man alike, to differentiate religion and terrorism, real facts and hyperbole. Sadly, it requires a lot of internal pondering to realise this inevitable truth, in this age of media hype and rumour mongering. We may strengthen the walls, but no use when the real thieves may be inside the house.
